My Tristan has been hacking all night. It's like he's trying to get a hairball out and can't.
He looks a little sad in the eyes. He is playing with his milk ring, which is good, but only laying down with me playing with him. He's not running around like he usually does. I'm going back and forth on whether or not to call someone or take him to the emergency clinic. I don't want to jump the gun if he just has a little upset tummy, but I don't want to ignore it if it's something serious. It's so hard when our furry ones can't tell us how they feel. -------------------- ![]() "A truth that's told with bad intent, beats all the lies you can invent." Do you have any hairball treatment med. You can find it in any grocery or drug store. It's a salve that comes in a tube that helps the cat pass hairballs. Try that, if kitty doesn't seem to feel better it may be a good idea to call your vet.

He seems to be better today. We are going to Petsmart tonight and I'm going to pick up some of the hairball medicine.

Our Jasmine(cat) doesn't do hairballs, alot. Her diet may not help. For Jazzie,to much soft can food, makes her hack up. But each cat is different just like us. One person can eat anything,me--not terrible spicy food. Or I feel like hacking up. Ask some other pets owners or maybe a visit to the Vet. Hope he's feeling better soon. They are our family. -------------------- ![]() |
